Updates and Patches - particleIllusion
3.0 for OS X
Check the "About particleIllusion..." menu or use Finder's "Get Info" function to determine the
version of particleIllusion 3 you have.
The current version of pI3 for OS X is 3.0.8.1. (also called "3.0.8a")
3.0.8.1 (22 Jun 2009) To update from any previous version of particleIllusion 3.0 (3.0.x)
to 3.0.8.1, download this file: particleIllusion_OSX_3081_update.pkg.zip
unzip, then double-click the pkg file to start the installer. This is not a full install, but an update install only!
If you have 3.0.7 or up installed already and your particleIllusion computer has an Internet connection, use
the "Check for Updates" feature in particleIllusion's "Help" menu instead of using this updater.

3.0.8 and pIRender 3.0.3 are Universal and work in OS X 10.2.8 through 10.5 (Leopard)
Activated via Internet is required in 3.0.7 and higher.
